At CeBIT, Intel showed off Display-as-a-Service (DaaS) that enables a device to use any display on a network.
With DaaS, people will show what's on their tablet on a big-screen TV, or mirror the same images on multiple displays, or link up multiple displays to create a single, bigger display.
They can also combine multiple devices' video onto a single screen so a whole family can work together on multiple projects.
Intel not only demonstrated the technology at CeBIT but also showed off a small box that brings the technology to displays that don't even have the required IP address.
